Appointments and Initial Information

If you are interested in receiving counseling with us, your first contact will be with our referral coordinator, who will work with you to find the best match between you and one of our therapists. To schedule an appointment or to get more information, please call (978) 664-2566 and press 2 at the prompt to speak to the referral coordinator.

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept almost all insurance plans and HMOs, and we participate in many EAPs. Our fee schedule is as follows:

Initial Evaluation	50 Minutes	$150.00
Initial Evaluation	80 Minutes	$200.00
Individual, couples or family therapy	25 minutes	$70.00
Individual, couples or family therapy	50 minutes	$120.00
Individual, couples or family therapy	80 minutes	$180.00
Individual, couples or family therapy	110 minutes	$240.00
Group Therapy	50 minutes	$60.00
Group Therapy	80 minutes	$90.00
Group Therapy	120 minutes	$120.00
Psychological Testing	Standard Full Battery	$1,200.00
Late Cancel Fee	(Less than 24 hours)	$60.00

Initial Paperwork

To save time, you can print out the paperwork we give to clients on their first visit (printable file here) and bring a signed copy to your first appointment. If you would prefer, you can come 15 minutes early to your first appointment and fill this out at our office.
